Our Subscribe & Save plan delivers Maxi Malt to you on a recurring basis at the discounted subscription rate shown at the time of sign-up. By starting a subscription you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle until you cancel.

You may skip, pause, modify or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard before the next billing date. Cancellations take effect from the following cycle and do not affect orders already processed.

We ship via our logistics partners to the destinations listed at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as transit times may be affected by carrier performance, customs or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide. Please ensure delivery details are complete and accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect information.

Because our products are perishable beverages, we are unable to accept returns of opened items for hygiene and safety reasons. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period after we confirm the issue. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive authority over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
